Most people have seen, or heard about, or experienced a sobriety test while driving. Follow the finger, walk the line, say the alphabet. When it comes to drivers who are under the influence of alcohol, the tests have close to 90% accuracy ratings. But with new laws of the legalization of marijuana, these sobriety tests don’t come close to that percentage when dealing with drivers who are stoned.
