Below are links to Colorado DMV Forms, Colorado Driver’s License Reinstatement Paperwork, and Frequently Requested Information.
The following links are a courtesy for individuals charged with driving under the influence and other criminal and traffic offenses in the state of Colorado. The advice of a competent and well-trained DUI attorney or traffic lawyer skilled in defending these types of cases should always be consulted with first. Colorado law mandates the DMV revoke your driving privileges upon conviction of certain types of offenses. Therefore, it is critical for you to know in advance what will and will not cause a license revocation before entering into any type of plea in court. Once you plea and are sentenced, there is very little any attorney can do for you to unwind what has already happened. It is our recommendation that if you are facing any type of DUI, DWAI, DUI-d or traffic offense, traffic infraction or traffic misdemeanor that you obtain a full copy of your motor vehicle record online and that you contact our office for a consultation. You are always welcome to contact us at (303) 991-5896 or through the contact form located on this website.
